For more than ten years, Cygnet Rowing has offered the opportunity for experienced and novice rowers to enjoy this scenic and quiet section of river. No matter what your ability, we can provide you with the boats and instruction to help you enjoy the experience of rowing to its fullest.

Housed in the Lasell College boathouse and operated by renowned instructor Richard Gonci, Cygnet Rowing hosts a fleet of high-performance racing shells that are available to members. For membership information, contact Richard at (617) 876-8653.

Charles River Canoe & Kayak also offers a season rowing membership including unlimited use of our Alden recreational rowing shells (seen at right) at our Newton Boathouse (along with kayaks and canoes at any of our locations). These shells can also be rented on an hourly basis.
