To request advance sales of admissions and rentals for your group outing, simply fill out this form, print it, and mail or fax it to us!

Payment & Cancellation Policies
  • Advance sales are available for groups purchasing 10 admissions or more.
  • Full payment must accompany this form. We accept checks (made out to Kendall Square Community Skating), MasterCard, and Visa.
  • In the event that Kendall Square Community Skating cancels an event for any reason, a full refund or credit will be issued upon return of the advance sale passes.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if you wish to cancel. Your tickets do not expire and can be used at a future date.
  • We must receive your form and payment prior to your event. We will contact you to confirm receipt by the method you select below.
  • Within 7 days of your event, please fax this form (do not mail) and request to pick up your passes at the rink. We are not responsible for advance sales requests that have not been received or confirmed.
